Unlike Windows softwares, installing applications on Mac OS X is only dragging the app into applications folder and you’re done! However, uninstalling is not only dragging the application to the Trash. Most of the softwares will leave some files on your computer that take up storage spaces.
I was looking for a uninstall for Mac OS X, until I found AppZapper, the easy to use apps uninstaller for Mac OS X. Beside deleting the app, AppZapper also find all the extra files left by the app and lets you delete them with a single click.
AppZapper Review
The AppZapper interface is very simple. You only see a big “Drag Apps Here” space.

AppZapper Interface
To uninstall an app, simple drag-and-drop the app from Applications folder to AppZapper.

Press Command(⌘) + Option(⌥) + Eject key and hold for 2 seconds, then your Mac will sleep tight.

According to the benchmark result of Macintalk, OmniWeb 5.5 beta is the fastest web browser for Mac OS X. The other selected browsers are Safari, Firefox, and Camino.

The result suprised me. OmniWeb is a few times faster than other browsers in rendering HTML documents. I tried OmniWeb before but didn’t see the speed different. I think OmniWeb version 5.5 has improved a lot.
OmniWeb is not free web browser. You need to pay $29.95 for a license.
